There are two major concerns people approach Jane (me) with when trying to maintain a healthier lifestyle and keep their waist lines from expanding. I will approach each in multiple blogposts that will be added to as time goes on. Since this is a journey and we all learn new things all the time, there will no doubt be more to tell. With this being said, keep on reading and understand that nothing is guaranteed to stay the same.


The first category is how to eat out out in restaurants and still enjoy the food but maintain the weight. The second is how I make cooking Whole Food, Plant-based and Low-fat Vegan way easier and manageable.
